menubar-alpha default to 0.3. (Originally 0.2, changed to 0.5 as
part of 2bc439d3, now back to a compromise).
- Apply custom menubar transparency even if theme background is used.
- Use the theme menubar background colour if no custom colour is
specified.
- Translation updates (thanks to all contributors on
hosted.weblate.org).
